EAC Exemption Letter (Negative Statement)

Goods are often subject to the obligation of quality certification according to the EAC TR CU guidelines.

If your products do not require certification or declaration according to TR CU, but your business partners still require proof of this, you can apply for this by means of a so-called “negative certificate”.

This guarantees a certain freedom of your goods from the certification obligation.

We take over the complete application process and you simply send us the necessary information about your products (e. g. product description and product specification).

We will carry out the product identification for you in accordance with the classification system of the EAEU and officially confirm that you are not subject to any EAC certification obligation.
