The EAC marking<\/a> is the official conformity mark of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU<\/a>) and confirms that a product complies with the applicable Technical Regulations of the EAEU<\/a>. The abbreviation EAC<\/a> stands for “Eurasian Conformity.” Products bearing the EAC marking<\/a> may legally be placed on the market within the EAEU<\/a>, including Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan. For many product categories, the marking is mandatory and required for import, customs clearance<\/a> and commercial distribution.<\/p>\n

The EAC marking<\/a> may only be applied after the required conformity assessment<\/a> procedure has been successfully completed. This requires either a valid EAC certificate<\/a> or a registered EAC declaration<\/a>.
