Factory production control<\/a> refers to the evaluation and monitoring of a manufacturer<\/a>’s production conditions as part of the EAC<\/a> conformity assessment<\/a> process. Its purpose is to ensure that not only a single tested sample, but the entire ongoing production consistently complies with the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU<\/a>). Factory production control<\/a> is particularly important for serial production certification<\/a> procedures.<\/p>\n

The regulatory basis is defined by the Technical Regulations of the EAEU<\/a> (TR EAEU<\/a> \/ TR CU) and the applicable certification schemes. During the assessment, an accredited certification body<\/a> evaluates production processes, quality assurance procedures, incoming goods inspections, final product inspections and organizational manufacturing controls. Depending on the product category, the assessment may be conducted on-site at the manufacturing facility or as a document-based evaluation.<\/p>\n
