Certification Procedure<\/a><\/strong> refers to the structured process for assessing and confirming the conformity of a product with the requirements of the Technical Regulations (TR EAEU \/ TR CU)<\/a><\/strong> of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU<\/a><\/strong>). Within the framework of Conformity Assessment<\/a><\/strong>, an EAC Certification or Declaration procedure<\/a> may be required depending on the product and the applicable regulatory requirements. In a certification procedure, successful conformity assessment provides the basis for an EAC Certificate<\/a><\/strong> to be issued.<\/p>\n

The Eurasian Economic Union comprises Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan. The Technical Regulations establish mandatory requirements for numerous product groups. These may relate, in particular, to Product Safety<\/a><\/strong>, technical characteristics, documentation, Marking Requirements<\/a><\/strong> and the applicable conformity assessment procedures. The required procedure depends, in particular, on the type of product, its technical characteristics, intended use and the requirements of the respective Technical Regulation.<\/p>\n

Depending on the product and the Certification Scheme<\/a><\/strong>, a certification procedure may include, among other things, the following steps:<\/p>\n
