Independent Testing<\/a> refers to the objective and neutral evaluation of a product by an accredited testing laboratory<\/a> or certification body<\/a> without influence from the manufacturer<\/a> or applicant<\/a>. It is a fundamental principle of EAC<\/a> certification and ensures that conformity assessment<\/a> procedures are transparent, regulatorily reliable and internationally recognized. For many product categories within the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU<\/a>), independent testing<\/a> is a mandatory requirement for lawful market access.<\/p>\n

The Eurasian Economic Union includes Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan. Within this common market, the Technical Regulations of the EAEU<\/a> (TR EAEU<\/a> \/ TR CU) require many products to undergo testing by independent accredited organizations.<\/p>\n

During independent testing<\/a>, products are evaluated according to applicable Technical Regulations and GOST standards<\/a>. Testing procedures are performed by accredited laboratories that must operate independently from the manufacturer<\/a> both organizationally and economically.<\/p>\n
