They are issued or registered, respectively, as part of the prescribed <a class=\"glossaryLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.easygost.com\/en\/eac-certification\/\">EAC Certification and EAC Declaration<\/a> procedures.<\/p>\n<p>The type of Proof of Conformity required depends in particular on the following factors:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>product type and intended use,<\/li>\n<li>applicable <strong><a class=\"glossaryLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.easygost.com\/en\/glossary\/technical-regulations\/\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">Technical Regulations (TR EAEU \/ TR CU)<\/a><\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li><strong><a class=\"glossaryLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.easygost.com\/en\/glossary\/product-classification\/\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">Product Classification<\/a><\/strong> and technical characteristics,<\/li>\n<li>prescribed <strong><a class=\"glossaryLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.easygost.com\/en\/glossary\/conformity-assessment\/\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">Conformity Assessment<\/a><\/strong> procedure,<\/li>\n<li>applicable <strong><a class=\"glossaryLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.easygost.com\/en\/glossary\/certification-scheme\/\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">Certification Scheme<\/a><\/strong> or declaration scheme, where relevant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Proof of Conformity must be distinguished from the technical documents on which the conformity assessment is based. Depending on the product and procedure, these may include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a <strong><a class=\"glossaryLink\"  href=\"https:\/\/www.easygost.com\/en\/glossary\/test-report\/\"  data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]'  tabindex='0' role='link'>Test Report<\/a><\/strong> and other test documentation,<\/li>\n<li>technical descriptions and data sheets,<\/li>\n<li>drawings and bills of materials,<\/li>\n<li>a <strong><a class=\"glossaryLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.easygost.com\/en\/glossary\/material-certificate\/\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">Material Certificate<\/a><\/strong> and other material-related evidence,<\/li>\n<li>a <strong><a class=\"glossaryLink\"  href=\"https:\/\/www.easygost.com\/en\/glossary\/risk-assessment\/\"  data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]'  tabindex='0' role='link'>Risk Assessment<\/a><\/strong>, where required,<\/li>\n<li>a <a class=\"glossaryLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.easygost.com\/en\/safety-justification\/\">Safety Justification<\/a>, where prescribed,<\/li>\n<li><a class=\"glossaryLink\" href=\"\/en\/operating-instructions\/\">Operating Instructions<\/a>, where required,<\/li>\n<li>a <a class=\"glossaryLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.easygost.com\/en\/technical-passport\/\">Technical Passport<\/a>, where prescribed,<\/li>\n<li>other elements of the <strong><a class=\"glossaryLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.easygost.com\/en\/glossary\/technical-documentation\/\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">Technical Documentation<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The type and scope of these documents depend on the respective product, applicable regulations and prescribed procedure. The same documents or tests are therefore not required for every product.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a class=\"glossaryLink\"  href=\"https:\/\/www.easygost.com\/en\/glossary\/product-testing\/\"  data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]'  tabindex='0' role='link'>Product Testing<\/a><\/strong> may also be required as part of Conformity Assessment. The results are documented in test records and provide a technical basis for assessing <strong><a class=\"glossaryLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.easygost.com\/en\/glossary\/product-compliance\/\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">Product Compliance<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Proof of Conformity must be clearly attributable to the product concerned. The actual product version must correspond to the product assessed and described in the document. Clear <strong><a class=\"glossaryLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.easygost.com\/en\/glossary\/product-identification\/\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">Product Identification<\/a><\/strong> is therefore particularly important.<\/p>\n<p>Subsequent changes to design, materials, components, technical characteristics or production conditions may affect the applicability of existing conformity documents.
