In a technical and regulatory context, validation can be used to assess specific characteristics, functions or processes and to demonstrate their suitability for the intended application.<\/p>\n<p>Within the framework of <a class=\"glossaryLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.easygost.com\/en\/eac-certification\/\">EAC Certification<\/a>, validation may be relevant where corresponding evidence is required by <strong><a class=\"glossaryLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.easygost.com\/en\/glossary\/technical-regulations\/\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">Technical Regulations (TR EAEU \/ TR CU)<\/a><\/strong>, applicable standards, testing procedures or product-specific requirements. In simplified terms, a verification procedure examines whether specified requirements have been met or correctly implemented. The precise distinction depends on the respective technical and normative context.<\/p>\n<p>For complex technical products, validation measures may concern, for example, safety functions, operating parameters, protective systems, software functions or specific technical processes.
