Scope of Services

EasyGOST provides exclusively organizational and administrative services in connection with technical conformity assessment and product registration procedures in accordance with the regulatory framework of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).

The services include in particular:

  • administrative coordination between clients and accredited certification bodies
  • assistance in the preparation and compilation of required technical documentation
  • organizational support during registration procedures
  • communication with involved authorities and institutions within formal procedural frameworks

EasyGOST is not a certification body and does not issue certificates itself.

No Trading or Export Activities

EasyGOST:

  • is not a manufacturer, trader, importer or exporter of goods
  • does not own, possess or control any goods
  • is not involved in transport, logistics or customs clearance
  • does not act as exporter or economic operator of goods

No goods deliveries, commercial trade transactions or payment settlements for goods are carried out by EasyGOST.

Export Control and Sanctions Compliance

Responsibility for compliance with applicable export control regulations, sanctions regimes and foreign trade laws lies solely with the respective manufacturer or exporter.

Before exporting goods from the European Union, companies are required to independently verify potential licensing requirements with the competent national export control authority (e.g., the Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control (BAFA) in Germany or the respective competent national export control authorities in other EU Member States).

EasyGOST does not conduct export license assessments and is not involved in export control decision-making processes.

Contractual Structure

EasyGOST contracts exclusively with companies established within the European Union or other jurisdictions outside sanctioned territories.

Any locally established applicants within the EAEU act independently and maintain a direct contractual relationship with the respective client.

EasyGOST does not own or control foreign companies.
