EAC Registration

EAC Registration refers to the official registration of EAC Declarations, Certificates or other regulatory approvals within the registers of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). For many conformity assessment procedures, registration is required before a conformity document becomes legally valid within the EAEU.

Registration is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the EAEU (TR EAEU / TR CU) and is performed by accredited Certification Bodies or authorized registration authorities.

EAC Registration serves to:

  • officially record conformity documents,
  • ensure regulatory transparency,
  • support Market Surveillance,
  • provide certificate traceability,
  • and enable lawful market access within the EAEU.

Documents subject to registration include:

  • EAC Declarations,
  • EAC Certificates,
  • State Registrations,
  • and other regulatory approvals.

Incorrect or incomplete registration may result in customs clearance issues, market surveillance findings or restrictions on product placement within the EAEU.
