Accreditation Register
The accreditation register is the official public database of accredited testing laboratories, certification bodies and conformity assessment organizations within the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). It serves as legal proof that an organization is authorized to perform testing, certification and conformity assessment procedures in accordance with the Technical Regulations of the EAEU (TR EAEU / TR CU). For manufacturers, exporters and importers, the register is a key tool for verifying the validity of EAC certificates and test reports.
The national accreditation authorities of the EAEU member states – Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan – maintain these registers and provide access through centralized systems. Each register entry defines the scope of accreditation, including authorized product categories, testing methods and applicable technical regulations. Testing laboratories and certification bodies may only operate within their officially approved scope.
In practice, verifying the accreditation register is an essential part of every professional EAC conformity assessment process. Certificates or test reports issued outside the approved accreditation scope are often considered invalid and may be rejected during customs clearance, market surveillance inspections or official regulatory controls. This frequently results in delays, additional costs and serious market access problems within the EAEU.
Before starting any EAC certification or EAC declaration process, we verify whether the selected certification body or testing laboratory is properly accredited and authorized for the relevant product category. This ensures legally compliant certification documents and minimizes the risks associated with invalid certificates or non-recognized test reports.
