Audit

An audit is the systematic evaluation of production processes, quality management systems and technical procedures within the framework of EAC certification. The purpose of the audit is to verify whether a manufacturer is consistently capable of producing products in compliance with the Technical Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). Especially for serial production certification, audits are often a mandatory part of the conformity assessment process.

During an EAC audit, auditors from the accredited certification body evaluate production conditions, quality controls, technical documentation and internal testing procedures. The audit verifies whether ongoing serial production corresponds to the tested product sample and continuously complies with the applicable Technical Regulations (TR EAEU / TR CU). The scope of the audit depends on the certification scheme, product category and risk level.

Audits are frequently carried out directly at the manufacturing site and may include inspections of production lines, storage conditions, incoming goods inspections and traceability systems. During the validity period of a serial production certificate, regular inspection audits or inspection controls are often required. Significant non-conformities identified during these inspections may result in suspension or withdrawal of the certificate.

We prepare manufacturers specifically for EAC certification audits and support the preparation of required documentation as well as communication with the certification body. This helps avoid delays, non-conformities and unnecessary certification risks while ensuring reliable and legally compliant market access to the EAEU.
