Type Examination
Type Examination is the technical and regulatory assessment of a representative product sample to verify compliance with the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). It is an important element of many EAC certification procedures and often serves as the basis for the issuance of EAC Certificates.
During Type Examination, a representative product sample is tested by accredited laboratories and evaluated with regard to safety, functionality, technical characteristics and regulatory compliance.
